Scheduling
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged as requested at the end of an appointment, or in the event of last minute cancellations, rescheduling, or a no show.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Life is so unpredictable! However, if you need to do so I kindly ask that you provide at lest 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice you will be responsible for 50% of the booked service, even if you reschedule at a later time. If you cancel or reschedule the day of the appointment 100% of the service booked will be charged.
Illness: If you are feeling unwell, I kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for another time. Please do not come to the salon symptomatic. Your health, and the health of myself and my other clients is of utmost importance to me. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to illness and you provide less than 48 hours notice, you will still be responsible for the booking fees within that time frame.
No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment and do not give notice/show up, 100% of the service scheduled will be charged and a prepayment of the next service will be due upon booking. More than one no show will result in removal from my client books indefinitely.
Late Arrival
There is a 15 minute grace period once the appointment time begins. Any later than 15 minutes and you may be asked to reschedule. Same day cancellation/rescheduling fees will apply. If you are running late please reach out ahead of time so I can make adjustments to your service if necessary. I understand things happen, but as I try my best to stay on time out of respect for a clients schedule, I do expect the same courtesy.
Confirmation Policy
As a courtesy you will receive a text or email reminding you of your appointment date and time. If you do not confirm your appointment your service may be cancelled to make room for clients on the waiting list. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember the date and time of your appointment.
Refunds
While I do not offer refunds, I want nothing more than for you to love your hair! If adjustments need to be made, I allow for one revision after the first session to be made within 2 weeks of the original appt.
